Format:
Go through list of exercises and make note of your time that it takes to complete. Repeat 4 more rounds (for a total of 5 rounds) using your time to motivate for subsequant rounds.
Squat Jacks x 10
Knee to Elbow (right and left = 1 rep) x 10
Cheerleader Lunge (every lunge is one rep and you can use your clenched hands if no ball or weight) x 20
Double Tap Plank Jump Ins x 10
Butt Kicks x 50 Total
Alternating Pull Over – no ball needed just clench hands x 20
Dips x 10 (use chair)
Jumping Jacks x 50
Low Plank for 1 minute
