  • Frankenstein Kicks
  • Walk Outs
  • Knee Grabs
  • Quad Stretches
  • Hip Stretches
  • Heal Touches
  • Chest and Shoulder Stretch 

Format:
 Go through list of exercises and make note of your time that it takes to complete. Repeat 4 more rounds (for a total of 5 rounds) using your time to motivate for subsequant rounds. 

  1. Squat Jacks x 10 
  2. Knee to Elbow (right and left = 1 rep) x 10 
  3. Cheerleader Lunge (every lunge is one rep and you can use your clenched hands if no ball or weight) x 20
  4. Double Tap Plank Jump Ins x 10 
  5. Butt Kicks x 50 Total
  6. Alternating Pull Over – no ball needed just clench hands x 20  
  7. Dips x 10 (use chair)
  8. Jumping Jacks x 50
  9. Low Plank for 1 minute
