Wednesday May 6th:

ZOOM SMALL GROUP TRAINING WORKOUT @8AM A 1 hour comprehensive training class: mobility, strength, agility, core, and stretching. Please sign up, by emailing or texting 603-682-8869 jen@somelikeitfit.com 5$ per class (venmo or paypal)
 

Thursday May 7th:
