Week 3: Mindset Moment, Built to Last

Table of Contents

  1. Your environment
  2. Daily Intention
  3. Reflection

Your environment.

Take a moment to reflect on your current environment.  Make a  note of what is not supporting you right now.

Make a list of ways that you can improve your environment so that it reinforces your efforts and is not a liability.

Each day this week be intentional about making these shifts so at the end of the week you can assess the changes. Make your surroundings work for you and nudge you in the right direction. You may not need to focus on all the things, but some intentional changes can really add up to help you make progress.

Ideas:

Make sure that I have abundant protein sources that are easy to grab so that I can make good choices.

Delete any social media connections that may bring up feelings of lack

  • One habit to strengthen next week:

  • Continue aiming for:
  • 3–4 strength workouts per week

    • Stretch
    • Do a short workout
  • A lighter day still counts.

  • Mindset Focus: Become the Person Who Follows Through
