Format: Timed Intervals 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest/recovery. Do each set of 4 exercises 4 rounds. Total of 16 minutes.

  2. Farmers Carry or Hold
  3. Goblet Squat
  4. Shoulder Tags

  1. Lateral Burpees
  2. Alternating Lateral Lunge to Dumbbell Row
  3. Alternating Snatch
  4. Alternating Step Ups or Drop Squats to Run Back

Core Finisher

Format 30 seconds on/10 seconds off 4 rounds
