Format:
2 Quadruplets = 16 Minutes each
32 minute in home workout

Circuit through all 4 of the movements of quadruplet 1. 
45 seconds on/ 15 seconds off
Repeat circuit 4 times

Rest and use same format for Quadruplet 2

Quadruplet Circuit 1

  1. Lateral Lunge to Curtsey
  2. Plank Reaches
  3. Wide Squat Jacks
  4. Walk Out to Push Up or Push up or Push Up Lowers to Shoulder Tag

Quadruplet Circuit 2

  1. Bear Crawl
  2. Speed Skate to optional Knee Drive
  3. Med Ball Shake – Use clenched hands if no ball
  4. Lateral Hop Overs
