  • Knee Grabs
  • Quad Stretch
  • Hip Stretch
  • Heal Touches
  • Chest and Shoulder Stretch

Format:
Circuit through all the movements for the number of reps
Rest at the end for 1-2 Minutes
Repeat circuit 4 times

  1. Jumping Jacks x 20
  2. Total Body Extension x 10
  3. Plank Jacks x 20
  4. Single Leg Reaches x 20 (10 right and 10 left)
  5. Scissor Agility (right and left = 1 rep) x 20
  6. Plank Walk Ups x 10
  7. Reverse Alternating Lunges x 20
  8. Bird Dog x 10
  9. Frog Pumps x 20
