Build Your Own House.

👉Post quarantine reflection post.👈First of, grateful gyms are opening so I can be PRESENT with my training. The training programs I focus on personally and create for my clientele allow for complete mind-body connection and requires a level of being “completely in”.  I am realizing THIS is the key to success. I see through multitasking with in-home school teaching, in-home training, and work that multitasking makes me JUNK. Doing too much is not doing anything very well and leads to not reaching potential or satisfaction.

This realization has opened my eyes to further reinforce that our success and happiness is OUR responsibility ( not society’s as the media likes to promote) and I have everything I need to reset and refocus on creating my own future, happiness, and success. I have a personal responsibility to myself and my family to do my best and work towards the things that are at the root of my value system.

Today I am resetting as I have been down and overwhelmed about my focus. Seemingly prompted by lack of structure with quarantine. How do I readjust focus? 1. Identify my personal values and write them out. 2. Work hard and be completely present at the task at hand. Multitasking is ineffective and frustrating. Be completely into doing my best at what I am doing. Training, working, parenting. 3. Reevaluate and switch gears throughout the day. Work time is work time, kid time is kid time. workout time is workout time. 4. Allow for reflection and self care time to assess direction.

I realize that my frame of mind and mood is completely determined by how I feel about my success in life. This keeps me driven. This keeps me in control of and responsible for my happiness and success. It’s not in anyone else’s hands. It’s in my hands. It’s in your hands. Build your own house. Keep your focus on you… it’s really looking like we need more of this in todays society! Do you agree?
